Cani-Fit have been running canicross classes across Scotland since 2011. We’ve introduced hundreds of individuals to the sport, and have trained hundreds more over the years. Now, we’re thrilled to announce that keen canicrossers worldwide will now be able to join in the fun!
This plan is designed for canicross teams who are already running and ready to race or improve race performance.
It focuses on building speed, efficient pulling, trail strength and confident pacing over shorter distances, helping you and your dog become faster and more coordinated as a team. We’ve also included information on dog hydration and nutrition, bonus content on lining out and race prep tips to help you prepare for your next 5K race or time trial.
This plan is ideal for those who:
• already canicross regularly
• want to start racing or improve your 5K times
• want structured training without high weekly mileage
Includes runner strength, dog conditioning and trail-based quality sessions to sharpen performance safely.
