Online Classes

Our online classes were created during lockdown in 2020 to help our runners stay connected, motivated and continue improving!

Ideal if you want to practice the basics before starting a group class, joining a local canicross running group, or don’t have a Cani-Fit Leader nearby!

While these classes will help strengthen different areas of your canicross, if you have a specific 5k, 10k or half marathon goal in mind or are a complete beginner, you may want to check out our training plans instead!
