Cani-Fit have been running canicross classes across Scotland since 2011. We’ve introduced hundreds of individuals to the sport, and have trained hundreds more over the years. Now, we’re thrilled to announce that keen canicrossers worldwide will now be able to join in the fun!
This 8 week plan is perfect for teams stepping up from 5K or aiming to improve their 10K racing. Our plan helps you develop endurance, pacing and trail strength while maintaining speed.
With structured intervals, hills, runner strength and dog conditioning included, you’ll build the fitness needed for longer races without needing to train every day.
This plan is ideal for those who:
• already canicross regularly
• want to step up from 5K or improve their 10K race performance.

Best suited to canicrossers who already have consistent training behind them and want to progress to longer distances.
