In 2021, canisports industry leader Cani-Fit will be bringing our Canicross Leader Training online.
With _____ graduates (now working throughout the UK), 21 Cani-Fit leaders trained, classes in 27 locations, over 1300 new and retained clients and over 6000 class tickets sold in the last three years alone, Cani-Fit know how to train canicrossers and canicross trainers.
This course is ideal for anybody looking to set up their own canicross venture, add canicross services to an existing business, to form a new club in their area or bring more knowledge and expertise to an existing club.
You don’t need to be fast to be a leader, but you do need to have a reasonable level of canicross experience and a passion for the sport!
International students are welcome! We have been training leaders in Scotland for the last 5 years, but bringing things online will allow us to better serve those who live outside of the UK.
The course covers everything you’ll need to know to run a successful canicross venture.
We cover both theory and the practical aspects of the sport. You will learn…
… among other subjects! Modules will be followed up with practical and written assessments to allow you to test your skills and expand your knowledge.
You don’t need to be the fastest, but you must have basic canicross experience and a willing dog in harness.
You will need a mobile device, tablet, laptop or PC with an internet connection to complete the online learning, and a Facebook profile to contribute to group discussion.
You need to be willing to put in the time and effort to study the course materials and complete follow-up exercises.
You should have at least a few hours a week to dedicate to your learning.
And, most importantly, you need a passion for the sport!
