Cani-Fit have been running canicross classes across Scotland since 2011. We’ve introduced hundreds of individuals to the sport, and have trained hundreds more over the years. Now, we’re thrilled to announce that keen canicrossers worldwide will now be able to join in the fun!
Built for experienced canicross teams preparing for longer races, this plan focuses on controlled mileage, endurance development and dog conditioning to safely build towards half marathon distance.
Includes structured runs, canicross-specific strength, dog mobility work and race preparation guidance to help both you and your dog arrive at the starting line confident, strong and ready to race.
This plan is ideal for those who:
• already canicross regularly
• want to start preparing for longer races or improve their performance
Includes runner strength, dog conditioning and trail-based quality sessions to sharpen performance safely.
