Cani-Fit have been running canicross classes across Scotland since 2011. We’ve introduced hundreds of individuals to the sport, and have trained hundreds more over the years. Now, we’re thrilled to announce that keen canicrossers worldwide will now be able to join in the fun!
This plan is designed for newcomers to canicross who want to build safe, confident foundations before moving on to racing or performance training.
This 4 week training plan focuses on introducing running in harness, teaching basic trail skills and building fitness gradually for both you and your dog without rushing or overloading either of you.
This plan is ideal for those who:
• are new to canicross
• have only done short runs so far
• want to build confidence before racing
• want a clear pathway into 5K training
Includes structured runs, basic runner strength, dog confidence and mobility work, and trail-based sessions to help you and your dog learn and progress together.
